At DestinyAxis, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase — whether you choose a beautifully crafted physical gift or a digital design product. Because we offer both types of items, this policy clearly explains your options for each.


1. Digital Products

(Digital wallpapers, downloadable sticker sheets, printable gift guides, cultural e‑books, etc.)

All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the instant‑download nature of these items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been delivered or made available to you.

Exceptions may be made (on a case‑by‑case basis) for:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.

  • A corrupted or non‑downloadable file that we cannot replace.

To request a review, please email destinyaxiscom@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.


2. Physical Products

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for eligible physical items under the following conditions:

Condition Requirement
Return window Within 14 days of delivery
Item condition Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase Order number or receipt required

Non‑returnable items:

  • Custom‑made or personalized items (e.g., engraved bracelets, logo‑printed orders).

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return process:

  1. Email destinyaxiscom@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for high‑value orders).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

We will offer either:

  • A full replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or

  • A full refund (including original shipping charges).


4. Order Cancellations

  • Physical products: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production or fulfillment may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • Digital products: Cannot be canceled after purchase, because the download link is generated automatically.


5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after the return window has closed.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.

  • Unauthorized returns (items sent back without our prior confirmation).
