Welcome to DestinyAxis. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to DestinyAxis. DestinyAxis operates this website and its related services (collectively, the “Services”) powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including all information, content, tools, products, and features available through our site. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account (including any password) and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Section 2 – Products and Services

DestinyAxis offers a curated collection of Eastern aesthetic gifts and Chinese‑style cultural products, including but not limited to: red string bracelets, silk scarves, ceramic mugs, phone cases, sticker sheets, and other decorative or wearable items. We also offer digital products such as wallpapers and printable gift guides.

Physical products are described as accurately as possible on each product page. Colors, sizes, and materials may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or natural material variations (e.g., jade, silk). These variations do not constitute defects.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable wallpapers, sticker sheets) are delivered electronically. Due to their nature, they are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once the download link has been provided.

All products are intended for personal or corporate gifting use, not as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any cultural symbolism (e.g., red string for good fortune) is a traditional belief and does not guarantee any outcome.

Section 3 – Orders and Customization

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Customized items (e.g., engraved bracelets, logo‑printed phone cases) are made specifically for you. Once you approve a design proof or customization request, changes cannot be made, and such items are non‑returnable unless defective.

For corporate or bulk orders, separate terms (pricing, lead times, samples) may be agreed upon in writing. In case of conflict, those written agreements will prevail over these Terms.

Section 4 – Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage to physical products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we may charge a re‑shipping fee.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Section 6 – Returns and Refunds

Refund and return policies are detailed in our separate Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

  • Physical products (non‑customized) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Customized or personalized items are non‑returnable unless defective.

  • Digital products are non‑refundable after download.

Section 7 – Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DestinyAxis provides the Services and all products “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any cultural or decorative benefits attributed to a product are traditional beliefs and not guarantees.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DestinyAxis and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services;

  • Any product purchased through the Services;

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;

  • Any other claim related to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

For consumers in the EU, UK, or Quebec (Canada), mandatory consumer protection laws may apply, and you have the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
