1. General Overview

DestinyAxis ships physical products (such as red string bracelets, silk scarves, ceramic mugs, phone cases, sticker sheets, and similar gift items) from our fulfillment centers to the address you provide at checkout.
We also offer digital products (e.g., downloadable wallpapers, printable sticker sheets) that are delivered electronically.

By placing an order on DestinyAxis.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.


2. Digital Products

Delivery Method:
Digital products (wallpapers, printable guides, etc.) are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address or accessible in your customer account dashboard.

Delivery Timeframe:
Download links are typically available immediately after 24 hours purchase. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Non‑Delivery Issues:
If you cannot access your digital product within 48 hours of purchase, please email info@destinyaxis.org with your order ID. We will re‑send the link.

Completion Notification:
Once the download link has been sent, the order is considered fulfilled. Digital products are non‑refundable.


3. Physical Product Shipping

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Customized or engraved items may require an additional 5–7 business days for production.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or holidays.

Shipping Carriers:
We use a range of reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal services depending on destination and package weight.

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (see banners on our website).


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees by your country’s customs office.

DestinyAxis is not responsible for these additional charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We are unable to mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items on customs forms.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items:
If your physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building’s mailroom.
If still missing, contact us within 10 days of the “delivered” status. We will investigate and may reship or refund at our discretion, depending on carrier confirmation.

Delayed Shipments:
We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.


6. Address Errors and Changes

You may request a change of shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@destinyaxis.org.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment at your expense.
